Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping Region

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Multiple Shipments

To improve delivery efficiency, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

If your order is split into separate shipments, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Peekaboo Kids Apparel LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your package appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
