At Peekaboo Kids Apparel LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process for eligible technology products purchased through our website.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging.
  • Be free from physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Products that are damaged through misuse, unauthorized repairs, or missing original components may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.


Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, simply return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items
