All orders from PEEKABOO KIDS APPAREL LLC ship for free within the United States.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery Process

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible. Additional arrangements may be required for special placement or offloading.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

You may return new, unused baby rompers and related items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, worn, or custom-ordered items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Contact us at support@peekaboollc.shop or call (928) 202-3805 within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with an RA number for reference.

2. Prepare the Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping

Refunds
